fsl-5.0-core software package provides analysis tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fsl-5.0-core
fsl-5.0-core is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fsl-5.0-core package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fsl-5.0-core *
You will get with fsl-5.0-core package name, version, architecture and description in a table
